Getting in a plane for thanksgiving traveling and panicking people around for the title of your book (actually titled “The Death and Life of Great American Cities”). It would have been fun, but it didn’t happen. It was a fairly regular trip without any inconveniences. It started at 4 am and ended at 8 pm. A taxi from Cambridge to Boston, a plane from Boston to Denver and a rented car from Denver to Gothenburg. The only irregular thing was to have my mind in a parallel trip that implied a train from Cambridge to Boston, a plane from Boston to Hong Kong, another plane from Hong Kong to Chiba and another train from Chiba to Tokyo.
