Peru never stops to amaze me. Crime stories are interesting over there because of the level of institutional corruption in law enforcement upper levels and where impunity is the rule. I think this  P.O. should be indicted as an accomplice as well as this lady and other people related to her criminal activities. For God’s sake! One person died, and she is confident that nobody is going to punish her because the protection provided by PNP high rank members. This is really outrageous. Among other things, this is the reason why Peru will never get out of the hole of moral underdevelopment in which it finds itself.
