El libro es parte de las acciones institucionales de la AMAG para formar y capacitar a jueces y fiscales, de todos los niveles y especialidades en el ambito nacional.
De ahí que el objetivo es introducir a los magistrados en este nuevo modelo procesal penal, sentar las bases para que se familiaricen con la aplicación del Nuevo Código Procesal Penal y profundicen sus conocimientos de manera pragmática y doctrinaria, a partir de la información básica que sirva como mecanismo de orientación.
Así, con la colaboración de expertos en la materia se ha elaborado un manual de aplicación dividido en dos partes. La primera, referida al juzgamiento, prueba y litigación oral; y la segunda, a medios impugnatorios y recursos. El manual pretende acercar a los discentes al empleo de los conceptos iniciales para manejar con comodidad el nuevo Código Procesal Penal. Además, incorpora la edición oficial del CPP y la normatividad vigente para su implementación

La aplicación en varios Distritos Judiciales del país y su pronta puesta en 3 más (1 Abril 2009) muestran que es posible romper la cultura del papel por la del progreso de la humanidad con la informatica. Trabajemos todos para reducir sino anular esa cultura tan negativa en administrar justicia y en la burocracia.
Por otra parte, es necesario que las instituciones locales, regionales y otras, que no necesariamente sean del ambito de la administración de justicia, busquen difundir las bondades del Código Procesal Penal para su correcta aplicación y como garantia de los Derechos Humanos.
Por ultimo los felicito por la edición del libro, la difusión es una vertiente indispensable, a mayor conocimiento mejor grado de información y apoyo.

Definitivamente familiarizarse y profundizarse en el conocimiento de la aplicación del CPP resulta una plausible acción, puesto que lo que urge dentro del Poder Judicial es que las bases sobre las que se sostiene la administración de justicia lea, comprenda, analize y aplique al caso, las normas del nuevo modelo, ojo que no me refiero a Fiscales, Jueces y Vocales, quienes deben comprender que su labor tiene aunada la responsabilidad en la administración de personal.

Es un GRAN APORTE de la AMAG, para la comunidad del derecho, en el aspecto penal, como nuevo modelo que permita a la justicia ser oportuna y tener una justicia social equilibrada y oportuna.

El Código Procesal Penal es una herramienta indispensable de los abogados que tienen en su biblioteca por tanto creo que a la gente comun i corriente no le interesa mucho

Este codigo no es el que yo esperaba, es mas trae entre otras cosas, una agria debilidad, en favor de la delincuencia con figuras procesales no idoneas, como por ejemplo la confesion sincera,el principio de oportunidad, el acuerdo o transaccion con el Estado,que hacen que los delincuentes evadan castigos serios con el pago de una suma en favor del estado, sumas que son ridiculas, la aplicacion de comparecencia restringida para quienes se confiesen culpables de la comision de un delito, y la transaccion con el Estado, dejando de lado una plicacion efectiva de la pena en contraposicion a un pago tambien ridiculo en favor del Estado entre otras Joyitas, El cambio del sistema inquisitivo por uno acusatorio lo hace mas "blando" recurriendo a principios mas constitucinales pero en favor de delincuentes que siempre se han aprovechado d ela "debilidad" del Estado y de su inocua avidez en busca de cercenar la delincuencia que ha avanzado en estos tiempos. se sabe que este codigo es de naturaleza anglo sajona, y que sus principios no son aplicables a una sociedad como la nuestra. esperemos que pronto hayan cambios, ojo no hablo todavia de su aplicacion, en donde ya se ven abusos en la limitacin para hacer preguntas a los delincuentes, en recortar derechos de ofrecimiento de pruebas y recortar muchos otras figuras legales que "ayudan" a la consecucion de la verdad. en Lima sera el Water lu de este Codigo, la carga procesal sera su estigma, y los abusos en recoratar el derecho de defenza sera su espada lapidaria, esperemos modificaciones…

si bien es cierto la sociedad nos reclama prontitud de jsuticia, este nuevo codigo es demasiado garantista en cual hace que beneficie mas a los delincuentes.

me da mucho gusto por brindar informacion a las personas y a la cultura juridica
quedo demostrado, en ARequipa , que el Nuevo C.P.P. tiene ya mas de un AÑO de aplicacion, esta siendo "parchado" por todo lado, se ha convertido en una coladera para los delincuentas, los principios de comparecencia restringida, confesion sincera, principio de oportunidad, no han logrado disminuir la carga procesal lo mismo que aquellos de oralidad, inmediacion y celerlidad, no dan los resultados esperados, los excpedientes abruman a los operadores de jusiticia, la delincuencia se siente "alagada" con un codigo blando y sensual, respdcto a "sus derechos" como personas que deben ser tratadas como todos, sistema acusatorio debil pues se enfrenta a una ola delincuencial "fuerte", por lo que estoy en la neceisidad e aprtar respecto de un codigo mesianico y mordaz en contra de la delincuencia, pues esta no puede ser tratada con manos graciles y de madre, sino con manos fuertes y cohercitivas de una milicia agreste, de lo contrario los graves ejemplos de los maras y los slavatruchas, sera nuestro norte, estoy seguro que antes que este codigo ingrese en Lima, debe ser "mejor analizado" es por esto que estoy de acuerdo con su postergacion en su aplicacion en Lima principalmante, aqui en Arequipa HA PFRACASADO.

Pero seamos realista esta inmediación entre el Juez y las partes que "supuestamente en ese momento se conoces" a caso no pueden arreglar en otro lado o por medio de alguién ? el sistema esta podrido esto es un problema social la pregunta del millon como podremos manejarla tenemos tantisimas leyes y no nos sirve de nada a caso hay que reestablecer todo el sistema de leyes, yo creo que sí, la nuestra a colapsado. y manejarnos por jurisprudencias y el derecho consuetudinario como lo hacen otros estados.
Las Leyes estan dadas, pero el problema son los abogados, jueces y tribunales corruptos

clar es un libro muy bueno habla de leyes etapa preliminar intermedia de juzmiento con todo eso se todo el libro esta hecho pero hay una cosa k ahora los delincuentes salen de inmediato a la calle por la puta corrupcion k hay funcionarios de melas sacaron sus propias leyes pero no se olviden k hay articulos donde dice CORRUPCION DE FUNCIONARIOS … DENUNCIEN!!! ES LA VIDA DE USTEDES SU VIDA ACASO CUETA 100 SOLES K COBRAN
es bueno saber que existen personas con ganas de aportar conocimiento a la sociedad academica interesada en saber cada dia mas y destacar en su esfera de actividades al que se dedican como es el derecho, la abogacia, la jurisdiccionalidad. mis agradecimientos a quienes hacen posible cumplir con nuestras voluntades conocer cada vez mas!.
