| in relation to the following article article I would say I love the descriptions: Buzz, Barry, Ray and Jill that make a lot of sense because in the war for market our group must be named with a friendly name like the hurricanes, therefore from now on I’ll be know as buzz on this journal. the way they are looking for the customer remarks again what I have seen about the lookout for making the experience of the customer a pleasant experience so that they will be come back. the focus on the Jill it’s the result from the experience of the customer, the typical woman that doesn’t know much about technology, so it would be useless to make her wonder around the store to see what else she might need (no the case with a Barry or a buzz) but in fact to give her what she needs right away, she doesn’t know but she will buy it right away if what she need is shown to her. |
En relacion al siguiente artículo articulo Yo diria que me encantan las descripciones: Buzz, Barry, Ray y Jill eso tiene mucho sentido porque en la guerra por el mercado cada grupo debe de tener un nombre clave amigable como los huracanes, asi que a mi se me consideraría un Buzz. La forma en la que ven a los clientes nos hace ver nuevamente lo que siempre veo: hacer sentir cómodo al cliente para que él quiera regresar. Se centra en las Jill y es el resultado de las experiencias de los compradores, la tipica mujer no sabe mucho sobre tecnologia, asi que va a ser inutil que esté rondando alrededor de la tienda para ver que más puede necesitar (no el caso de Barry o Buzz) pero de hecho a ella se le debe de dar lo que busca al instante, ella no sabe lo que busca y no sabe especificaicones técnicas, pero comprará inmediatamente si lo que se le muestra es lo que necesita. |
