Día Nacional del Ceviche en el Perú
El 28 de junio los peruanos festejamos por este riquísimo plato que nos representa en el mundo entero.
Somos un país con grandes reservas marinas distribuidas entre las 200 millas del mar de Grau y los 2250 km. de longitud en el litoral. El ceviche es el rey de la costa peruana por su frescura, combinación de sabores y picantes. Su preparación es muy rápida; solo necesitamos pescado fresco, limón, cebolla, ají y sal. Podemos acompañarlo con choclo o camote y adornar el plato con lechuga. El jugo del limón coce el pescado y, al combinarse con la sal, forma un juguito delicioso llamado leche de tigre.
Agasajando al rey de la comida peruana, nace “Luchito, el cevichito”.
