Casos de covid-19 por día

He hecho un breve análisis de la evolución de los casos de COVID-19 en base a la data disponible en las páginas web https://studylib.net/coronavirus y https://www.arcgis.com/apps/opsdashboard/index.html#/bda7594740fd40299423467b48e9ecf6 en las cuales se pueden observar los casos diariamente, he decidido, para hacer más clara la gráfica contar los días a partir de la detección de casos positivos para cada país. Los datos están actualizados hasta el 17 de marzo a las 9:00 am y han sido descargados de la página https://studylib.net/coronavirus.

Según lo que he podido calcular en Perú y Brasil es posible que a inicios de la siguiente semana (lunes 23 de marzo), se puede estar alcanzando o superando los 1000 casos confirmados. Actualmente la tasa de casos se duplica cada 2 dias en Perú y Brasil, mientras que en Chile cada 3 dias.

In 1998 two teams traced back the expansion of the universe over billions of years and discovered that it was accelerating. It was a startling discovery that suggests that more than 70 per cent of the cosmos is contained in a previously unknown form of matter, called Dark Energy.

En 1998, dos equipos rastrearon la expansión del universo durante miles de millones de años y descubrieron que se estaba acelerando. Fue un descubrimiento sorprendente que sugiere que más del 70 por ciento del cosmos está contenido en una forma hasta ahora desconocida de materia, llamada energía oscura.

A caring sound environment in hospitals?

Video from Care for Sound Symposium, in collaboration with the Sound Environment Centre at Lund’s University. The symposium focused on the impact of noise in the healthcare sector, and possible solutions to what is widely considered as one of the main challenges for a healthy healthcare environment.

Hospitals should be conducive to patient recovery and safety as well as employee health and productivity. Medical advances and technical developments contribute to this goal while a supportive acoustic environment hitherto has been largely neglected. The talk will point to critical research results giving a base for future improvements.
