Publishing papers in academic journals is the mechanism by which scholarship moves forward, and is also important to researchers in terms of its impact on their career progression. Therefore, researchers seeking publication should carefully consider all relevant factors.

    In my case, I have not write any academic journal, but could read lots of journal when I was preparing my research for my thesis in my master degree. Also, I have heard of them when I was at the university and in my master degree.

    I found them very important, because these document are very formal and a very reliable reference. Before the publication of the journal is ready, it must be reviewed several times by different specialized assessors; so, it guarantees that its information is trustworthy.

    3- Which of the tips do you find the most useful? Why?
    The person who is writing an academic journal must be very persistent, because this job is very long and difficult. He must continue without hesitate until the end.

    4- Based on what you’ve read in our Academic Supplement 1, what other tips would you add?
    Rest enough time and eat healthy. This kind of job will demand a lot of energy during the day and nights. There must be an equilibrium between the job and health factor all the time.

    Yes, I am familiar with academic journals, which are academic publications in which researchers and academics share their findings with the wider academic community.

    Academic journals are important as they serve several key functions, such as: they allow researchers to share their latest findings, they provide reliable sources that others can refer to in their own research, and publishing in reputable journals increases the researcher’s credibility.

    I find tip number 2) Analyse the writing in journals in your field particularly useful. Understanding the structure, style and expectations of the target journal is crucial to adjusting your work to their standards.
    4- Based on what you’ve read in our Academic Supplement 1, what other tips would you add?
    In addition to the tips provided, I would suggest the following: Keep abreast of current research, develop a unique voice, ensure ethical compliance, and meticulously check your work for grammatical errors, typos, and formatting issues to ensure that it meets the journal’s guidelines.
