I think that the information uploaded on social networks should have international regulations to sanction the irresponsibility of the jokers people around the world. In addition, the authorities should control the labeled of the information as informal or otherwise mechanisms should be generated to regulate the information in social networks.
There are prankers experts who edit the contents of the writings or videos that seem to be real like the case of the robot walking the streets that seemed so real, that it can scare and hurt many people; as also these pranksters change the information as the case of a statement by President Vizcarra stating that there is no military civic parade for independence day of Peru, later was considered as a hoax.
