I think people should practice relaxation techniques like meditation, deep breathing, or yoga to lead a healthy lifestyle.
In my opinion maintaining a healthy lifestyle in today’s busy society is definitely challenging because people have high stress levels, witch affect sleep, eating habits, and motivation.
I am an obstetrician and I always provide information about how the exercises help to reduce the risk of depression during pregnancy.
