1- Most diets have a list of foods not allowed. Some prohibit specific foods or ingredients, such as milk or wheat, while others prohibit entire groups of macronutrients such as carbohydrates. In my experience, it is possible to follow these rules for a limited period of time (especially at the beginning, for the plus motivation), but if you touch any of your favorite foods or any food that is very common in your culture, you will end up falling late or early

2- In knowing this, our best intention to improve all our food becomes our biggest obstacle, because trying to change all your food decisions from one day to the next generates stress and frustration, which makes you give up soon. Think about this: your daily diet is a set of habits, and the only way to have long-term results is to start changing those habits, one by one and gradually.

Some times ago I tried to be on a diet because I wanted to reduce fat in my body . But I had very problems in my goal, because I love to eat food and in spacial y love to eat bread.
It is in special very difficut for me to be on a diet, but I try to practice excercices for example basquetball and run, and its is my special form to be in shape.

I suppose it is a combination of the three, the type of food helps us improve our body, the time we spend on food contributes to the digestive processes and definitely as the video indicates, the mentality that It´s similar to acttitude or constancy, contributes to success of what is known as eating habits which well developed contribute to health.

I have tried various kinds of diet, such as low fat, low carbohydrate, etc. I have lost weight a little, but I have not maintained it. I have also combined with exercising, walking, running, cycling, etc. Because of the type of work that traveled a lot and neglected food.

The idea of freedom versus that of prohibition is interesting. I think, as Gilliam Really says, that we should freely choose eating habits, but for this we must be informed that it is a healthy diet, if we want to live healthy. See the types, quantities and feeding times and enjoy them; we also need a good attitude of determination and repetition again and again those habits; and so they can become customs and so we can maintain our healthy eating.

I agree on that, we need to change because we are convinced, not because it’s an imposition!
