The video is interesting, I realized that I do not follow all the advice, I tell them what I do to have a healthy life, I drink 8 glasses of water during the day, I prepare fresh fruit juice for breakfast and my lunches and dinner I accompany them with cooked vegetables.
At home we consume several organic products. If they are in Lima can buy in different markets and organic stores, now there are more stores and markets than before.
I still like breads, noodles and desserts a lot, I hope to lower my consumption of sugar. I make little sport, I would like to swim, but if I upload daily the 10 floors of the building where I work. With my wife we walk with the dog and in the last months, on Sundays, I ride a bicycle with my children for an hour and I finish tired but happy and renewed.

For the video, since tonight I’m going to charge my cell phone away from my bed!

    regards

Good evening everyone, have a nice weekend
I think that in our country there is not culture of sports and health, most Peruvians have a bad diet, often with fried foods, foods with a lot of sugar, dyes and preservatives. Most people have busy days working, come home tired and do not have a firm commitment to change their health.
Despite this there is a good number of people who take care of their health, go to the gym, play sports and eat healthy.
In other cultures the idea of health and fitnnes is different because they are aware of the importance of taking care of themselves and being healthy. When a person is healthy he does not get sick, he is not stressed and he produces more in his daily activities
If I worked for the government, I would implement free dance courses in the parks and online talks to inform people about the consequences of a life without sports and natural foods.
Some municipalities such as San Borja, La Molina and Surco, on Sundays have campaigns that support families and people to go out and do sports.
    What’s your opinion?
    Warm regards

In our country we do not have a culture oriented to the prevention of the health, so that the people do not know to feed themselves correctly.
The diet in our country is based on a lot of carbohydrates and smaller amounts of vegetables and proteins. In our culture most people do not practice any kind of sport and have not exercising habit, because there is no government policy to encourage and provide adequate infrastructure.
What do you think about it?

    Hi classmates

In general, I have a health lifestyle. I eat food low in fat and low in sugar because I have digestive problems. I eat fruits and vegetables. I like a chicken and fish. I drink water and juices every day. Sometimes, I make exercise. I like walking.

I think that one part the people in my country have one health lifestyle because while one part make exercise, eat healthy, go to the doctor and they take care. on the other hand the other people eat food junks, carbohydrates, many candies, in generally it’s not important for them to be healthy.

I think that each culture have one idea different the health and fitness by the tradition, the customs, the same lifestyle that they have. For example, in Latin America is different from in eastern cultures.

I would propose one training in different localities about one life healthy, create one program about food healthy in the school and colleges. Also, Zumba and aerobics classes in the parks of the city.

Do you lead a healthy lifestyle?

    Bye bye

Hello, regarding the questions I can comment:
    – Of the advice several of them I practice, generally the healthy foods, the exercises for work reasons I have neglected them.

    – From what I have seen, people are not very healthy, usually people who work long days opt for packaged foods or fast food and exercise regime is almost zero.

    – The idea of health and fitness do not think it is different, since it is proven that exercises and certain healthy foods are good for people in general in any part of the world.

    – If you work in the government, you could include in education the teaching of a food culture, for the workers to promote spaces of time to eat healthy and do certain exercises pertinent to their work.

    Hello everyone:
    1. From my point of view, I think that they are not healthy, for they do not know that it is feeding and is nourished. Eating is eating food to survive and feed is to select foods according to their nutritional value, facts that are unaware. Their diet is based on soft drinks and sweets or junk food and as a result, it is observed that children have chronic malnutrition. By malnutrition, increased obesity in children and adults, presenting these last, cardiovascular and degenerative problems.
They are sedentary people, children and adults are not accustomed to exercise, only videos attracted to games, cell phones and TV to watch the football.
    2. The idea of health is a physical, mental and social well-being and attempts in all cultures, varying forms. Physical fitness is part of health. The World Health Organization defines healthy lifestyle and good health habits, exercise and control your weight.
    3. I believe that it is urgent a programme of education and nutritional culture at all levels, for example in schools a campaign of how develop a healthy school involving teachers, parents and students.
Advertising State, campaigning on the nutrition of the population, raising the consumption of fish, eggs, vegetables and fruits, avoiding junk food, reducing the consumption of sugar, soft drinks, alcohol, and tobacco.
    What do you think?

    Hello everyone

I think that people in our country generally are not healthy because they eat more carbohydrates and less fruit and vegetables, also, they do not exercises and have sendetary life. People value this healthy lifestyle when they are old and sick.

The idea of health and fitness is different from one culture to another because in a culture being fat is good and healthy. In some cultures being skinny is malnourished and for others it is beauty.

If I worked for the government would make healthy food preparation campaigns and half an hour of exercises in homes, schools and work centers through televisión, radios, social networks and parks, also would promote public spaces of physical exercises, marathon, bicycle race and weekly walks to the tourist attractions of each city.
