For Marlon Busch: Thanks to your comment, I can say that Daniel Goleman, author of the Emotional Intelligence Book, would be a good book to start the reading habit for every good professional. One of the first books I read during my career was Economic Horror, written by the French Vivian Forrester. Book that impacted me. I think that throughout our lives we can have different special moments of reading, it is part of our growth and maturation process.

I find the benefit of Improving Focus and Concentration the most interesting. In today’s fast-paced, technology-driven world, our attention spans are often fragmented by constant notifications and digital distractions. The ability to focus and concentrate is becoming increasingly valuable, not just for productivity but also for overall mental well-being. Reading requires sustained attention, which can help retrain our brains to focus better on tasks, making us more efficient and less stressed.

    Some Benefits to Add:
    1. Empathy Development
    2. Improved Sleep
    3. Enhanced Creativity
    4. Social Connection

    Favorite Author and Why:
One of my favorite authors is Robin Sharma. I appreciate his work because of his inspirational and practical approach to personal development and leadership. Sharma’s books, such as “The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari” and “The 5 AM Club,” offer profound insights into achieving success, happiness, and fulfillment. His writing is accessible and motivating, often providing actionable steps that readers can apply to their own lives. Sharma’s focus on mindfulness, discipline, and the importance of establishing positive habits resonates with me and has significantly influenced my perspective on personal growth and productivity.
