    1. Yes. In my work, we always present proposals for interventions for educational institutions. For example, in the mentoring program for principals, we made a presentation, which was structured as follows:
    • Objectives: Strengthen the pedagogical leadership capacities of ratified management teams through specialized mentoring in school management that contributes to improving the quality of teaching practice and improving learning.
